Employee Teamwork and Collaboration
Activities Committee
The employee-led Activities Committee plans fun and engaging events throughout the year.
Some of our favorites are attending a Trail Blazers, Hillsboro Hops and Winterhawks games, driving golf balls at Top Golf or go-kart racing at K1 Speed.
Activities on-site at VTM are plentiful with cocoa and cookie making, Cinco de Mayo celebrations, Oktoberfest pretzel and mustard tasting and potlucks a plenty.
Community Outreach Committee
Our Community Outreach Program was established to facilitate opportunities for our team members to give back to the community and support those in need. Each year, our staff nominates and votes to support organizations they feel passionately about.

Over the years, this employee program has donated many boxes of supplies and thousands of dollars to some of the non-profits listed below. Each year, employees nominate and vote on the charities VTM supports.
In addition to these organizations, VTM Group employees annually participate in a Holiday Food Basket Drive occurring from October through December. Through this effort, employees collect and build Holiday Food Baskets and small gifts for local families in need. Employees generously donate new clothes, toys, and household supplies and hand-deliver the baskets to the families.
