Jason Smith is the Director of VTM Group’s Engineering & Technical Services division. He leads the internal development efforts in support of VTM's diverse group of clients. Additionally, Jason provides consulting services to many technical clients and serves as the Compliance Program Manager for Digital Content Protection, LLC, the licensing agency for High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP).
Prior to joining VTM in 2007, Jason was a Developmental Engineer in the United States Air Force. His diverse background in encryption technologies, network security, communications, and leadership has greatly benefitted VTM and its clients.
Jason holds a Master’s of Science in Computer Engineering from Colorado Technical University, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Portland.
