The Alliance for Wireless Power (A4WP) today announced that DuPont Building Innovations (DuPont), HP, Acer, KDDI, and Rohm have joined the A4WP, adding both breadth and depth to the standards organization leading the development of the ecosystem for Rezence-based wireless charging.  More than 100 companies, representing a broad array of leading OEMs, have joined the A4WP and represent a near-doubling over the past twelve months.  Membership growth from the tablet, netbook and laptop industries reflects the growing recognition that Rezence technology is uniquely capable of wirelessly charging the broad range of electronics devices in daily use by consumers.
